Pickup, Shipping & Order Policies

Local pickup

Local pickup is available by arrangement after we confirm your order is ready. A 50% deposit is required before standard-order production begins. The remaining balance is due and must be verified before your items are released.

Shipping

Shipping is available upon request and requires a confirmed quote. Shipping costs and estimated timing depend on destination, package size, quantity and carrier service. We will confirm the shipping charge and fulfillment details before asking you to pay. Orders selected for shipping are not eligible for an automatic checkout total until that quote is accepted.

The full outstanding balance, including agreed shipping charges, must be received and verified before dispatch. We do not promise a fixed shipping rate, carrier, transit time or free shipping.

Custom and personalized orders

Many J3 Customs items are produced specifically for each customer. Review your order confirmation and design proof carefully. Custom design work and significant revisions are quoted individually. Any cancellation, return or refund requests will be reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable law; no blanket return window or refund guarantee is advertised until a formal policy is established.

Problems with an order

If an item arrives damaged, is defective, or differs materially from the approved design, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and discuss an appropriate resolution, consistent with applicable consumer rights.
