Once an order is paid in full, the organization earns 10% of eligible product sales, subject to adjustments for refunds and cancellations.
How the 10% works
J3 Customs contributes 10% of eligible product prices and product upgrades before tax. The contribution is funded by J3 Customs; it is not a 10% customer discount and does not increase checkout prices. Shipping, taxes, rush fees, design fees and revision service fees are excluded. Only one fundraising code may be applied to an order. Custom quotes must be approved before the eligible amount is finalized.
Contributions are tracked after an order is paid in full. Cancellations, refunds, chargebacks and order adjustments may reduce amounts owed. Payout schedules and recipient verification are arranged directly with each organization before funds are sent.
