A $25 custom design fee applies to brand-new designs or substantial redesigns, and includes up to 3 revision rounds. Personalizing an existing design with a name, number, wording or color is not a custom design.
Custom Designs Require a Quote
Fully custom concepts require a complete design review and quote before the order is accepted.
The custom quote should include:
- design requirements
- pricing
- estimated production timeline
- revision/approval steps
- any applicable custom design fees
Custom work may require additional time depending on complexity and revisions.
The standard 2-week production estimate does not apply to fully custom work.

Production starts after you approve the design. Shipping and transit time are separate and additional.
Final product pricing and payment requirements will be confirmed in your individual quote. The $25 custom design fee, when applicable, is handled through quoting. No payment is due to submit this request.
